— Psalm 4:1 (KJV)
π΅ Sing Logos – Psalm 4 (Music Video)
Let this gentle song lead you into evening peace and renewed trust in the Lord’s care.
πΏ Devotional Reflection
Psalm 4 is a night song of trust. In seasons of distress, David cried out to the God of his righteousness — the One who had enlarged his heart before. This song reminds us that peace does not come from outward prosperity but from the light of God’s countenance. When we lie down in faith, His presence becomes our safety. Even in the night, He puts gladness in our hearts.
π Reflection Questions
- What does it mean to let God’s light shine upon your heart today?
- How can you commune with God in quietness before sleep?
- Where has He turned your distress into gladness before?
π Closing Prayer
Abba Father, in the name of Jesus, thank You for hearing me when I call. You enlarge my heart in distress and fill me with gladness greater than earthly gain. Teach me to rest in Your peace and sleep under Your protection tonight. In Jesus Almighty name, Amen.
