Psalm 3 was written when David fled from his son Absalom — a moment of betrayal and danger. Yet even then, he declared: *“You are my shield.”* This song reminds us that God’s protection surrounds those who trust Him. When fear rises, lift your eyes to heaven; His presence stills every storm. The Lord sustains you while you sleep and lifts your head to face a new day in victory.
